Clement Atlee was standing at a urinal. Winston Churchill came in, goes to the opposite end of a long row of urinals.
Atlee: "Feeling a bit standoffish, Winnie?"
Churchill: "Why, no, Atlee. Its just when you see something large and in private hands, you try to nationalise it".
